Information on our Ireland website
From 1st August 2024 we’ll be closing down our Ireland website.
This means customers will be unable to access the Ireland website, and will be unable to log into their accounts.
We’ve put together the below information for any questions you may have.
I placed an order before 1st August and I have not received my order
Please refer back to your Order Confirmation email with the expected delivery date. If the expected delivery date has passed, please contact us using one of the methods here.
How do I return an item?
Our returns process hasn’t changed. If you received your item before, or after 1st August, simply choose your preferred in country carrier, and ship the item back to us using the address below:

Please keep proof of your return until you’ve received a refund.
All full priced items should be returned within 30 days, and sale items should be returned within 14 days.
