When Christmas shopping at JoJo we understand you'll want more time, if you need to change
your mind that's just fine. We have extended our returns policy just in case you need to make a
change.
In addition to our standard returns policy, any items ordered online or purchased in one of our
JoJo stores between Sunday 21st September and Wednesday 24th December 2025 can be
returned up until, and including Sunday 18th January 2026 for a full refund back to your original payment method.
Please ensure your unwanted items are unused, in the original packaging (if appropriate) and still
have the tags attached. If you’re returning an item bought in store please bring proof of
purchase receipt.
This applies to both full price and sale items meaning you can shop with confidence today.
